Integration of Technology and Services

Ornella BenedettiniEPISIS is a project under the PRO INNO Europe initiative of the Directorate General for Enterprise and Industry. It aims at supporting service innovation at the policy, strategic, and operational levels. As part of this project, Alliance researcher Ornella Benedettini was invited to speak at the Expert Workshop ‘Integration of Technology and Services’.
