We are delighted to announce we will be hosting the third Cambridge Service Week from 17-20 September 2012.  There will be a combination of events for academics, practitioners as well as member organisations of the Alliance.  This year, Service Week will also be hosting the EurOMA Service Operations Management Forum.  More information on the 2012 event will appear in due course, but please do get in contact if you would like to be involved in any way.
